Tasks:

Keep QMS manual and DOC distribution, changes, amendment, version control up to date for departmental processes properly; List of external DOC.
Coordinating/supporting functional process audit and assessments.
Control and maintain the company audit and risk assessment schedule.
Support in ensuring process compliance.
Developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.
Implement, establish, and maintain the department processes in QMS.
Preparing ISO documents and maintenance.
Work collaboratively with other department heads.
Report to top management on the QMS performance and where improvements are needed.

Qualifications and Competencies:

Matric and post-matric qualifications required.
Expertise in ISO Coordination & carrying out ISO Internal and External Audits.
Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
A good understanding of ISO 9001 & 14001: Processes and procedures would be highly advantageous.
Excellent communication & organisational skills.
Strong communication skills (writing, speaking, and presenting).
Must be able to work under pressure.
This position is deadline-oriented.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
