Responsibilities:

Regularly communicate with office staff and Technician Manager.
Occasionally work after hours and weekends.
Travel is required (includes company supplied vehicle); service area is Cape Town and surrounding areas.
Inspect and survey systems for the cause and origin of concealed leaks.
Perform plumbing work on piping systems and assist in pipe relining work like pools, using electronic equipment.
Assist in testing parts and equipment, as well as maintaining proper parts and equipment levels.
Support all technical work dispatched.
Perform repair work on plumbing systems for clients.
Provide professional courteous customer service.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Has 2 years of water leak detection; plumbing, pipeline, restoration, or construction background is a plus.
Must have a valid South African driver’s license.
Has excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently.
Must be a self-starter, organized, and able to work independently.
Thrives when faced with a challenge.
Learns quickly and respects the value of our high standards for customer service.
