The Role: As our Executive Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our operations, working closely with the CEO. You’ll focus on developing both Pearl Lemon’s and our clients’ brands through research, data mining, content creation, and design. We value speed of communication, attention to detail, and meticulous planning. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with the CEO to manage schedules, book meetings, and handle sensitive data.
Define and document business processes.
Create charts and graphics for reporting purposes.
Utilize project management tools effectively.
Assist the lead generation team and other members as needed.
Perform data mining, link building, and internal website analysis.
Learn and utilize premium tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Find That Lead.
Manage personal assistant tasks, including Amazon purchases and kit lists.
Conduct personal research and handle property/tax-related tasks.
Assist with payroll and rent payments as needed.
Clear personal emails and manage team inboxes.
Conduct tool research for the agency.
Submit proposals on Upwork and review NDAs for hidden clauses.
Help manage internal client disputes and court cases.
Organize and manage listicle replies for placements.

Required Skills and Experience:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Punctual with a quick response time.
Knowledge of data mining techniques.
Proven experience in social media management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of business procedures and strategies.
Demonstrable experience in data analysis and research.
Excellent planning skills.
Incredibly fast learner with the ability to take constructive feedback.
