Must have a good understanding of South African Labour Laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
Proficiency in MONDAY.COM would be beneficial.
Must live in the Roodepoort area and have their own transport.
Experience in HR and Payroll would be beneficial.
HR or Payroll qualification would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

Assist with Disciplinary issues. Experience in hearings would be beneficial.
Monitor for CCMA cases and inform HOD. Assist with compilation of Bundles.
Distribution of correct documents for Employment Pack. Newest documents must be loaded.
New employment files auditing. Liaising with administrators on the outstanding or incorrect documents. Final Audit of File before it is filed away.
Loading employee files details on Monday.com employee listing.
Create Job Posting, post open positions online. Long and short listing of candidates. Arrange interviews with candidates.
File Warnings, Leave forms, Medical certificates and any other documents.
Requests of IRP5 and distribution.
Deal with Confirmation of Employment requests and create Confirmation Letters.
Assist with Maternity Leave/Funeral Fund/Provident Fund Queries from employees.
Create UI19, salary schedule & Certificate of service.
Gather information required for PSIRA/Bargaining Council/Provident Fund inspections.
Manage and execute Abscontion process for absconding employees.
Assist if there is an IOD with correct documents to acquire Medical Reports. Report the IOD.
Recon & submit Medical Benefits, Bargaining Council, Provident fund, PSIRA. Compile month-end documents for Finance. Acquire Proof of Payments and distribute to the regulatory bodies.
Timesheet management and submission.
Load new employee details on spreadsheets to submit to Payroll. Audit Final paysheets with HOD to ensure no mistakes were made by Payroll, Acquisition of Leave Report for Payroll Sitrep. Fill in the termination form that is submitted to payroll for terminations.
