Ascent Logistics Ltd is an established company delivering on behalf of one of the largest online retailers. We are based at our client's depot in Bolton (BL5 1FQ) and expanding to Preston (PR26 6TJ) very soon. We are looking for new and experienced delivery drivers to join our team!

*What Are We Looking For?*

· Must be aged 23 or over (due to insurance requirements)

· Must have full valid UK or EU driving license held for 2+ years (due to insurance requirements)

· Be confident driving larger vans although training is given

· A willingness to learn, improve and work as part of a team is the priority

· Reliability, good time keeping skills and professionalism

· Good customer service skills

*Additional Information:*

· Previous delivery drivers welcome but not essential

· Skills transferable from Evri, Yodel, Amazon, DPD, Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT

· Top spec branded vans: manual and automatic provided free

· Handheld device to use throughout the day

· No route picking, all routes pre-picked by warehouse staff on to cages ready to load

· Must be able to lift & carry packages up to 23kg

· Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test along with a basic background check (cost covered by us)

· Weekend work is essential as we are a 7-day operation but shift patterns can be discussed
