What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality care to residents in a compassionate and professional manner.
Participate in comprehensive training programs designed to bridge the gap to Australian RN registration.
Gain valuable experience in the Australian aged care setting.

Who You Are:

Registered Nurse with an active license in your home country.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Must have 12 months of full-time nursing experience from the past 24 months.
Must have AU NCLEX or US NCLEX.
Eager to learn, compassionate, and a team player.
Committed to a long-term career in nursing within Australia.
Strong work ethic and professionalism.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Team-player mentality.
