Pangea Professional Services is looking for a skilled and motivated ICT Professional to join our team. As an ICT Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's information and communication technology systems.

You will handle hardware and software installations, provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain network security. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and an understanding of information management best practices.

Requirements

Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, both in-person and remotely.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, diagnose and resolve technical problems.
Ensure network security by implementing and monitoring security measures.
Perform regular maintenance and updates of hardware, software, and systems.
Collaborate with team members to improve system functionality and efficiency.
Create and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and other components to meet business requirements.
Implement and maintain information management policies, including governance, permission levels, and retention schedules.
Ensure security and compliance of SharePoint environment by implementing appropriate access controls and permissions
Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in the field.
Document and maintain hardware and software inventory.
Conduct system performance evaluations and recommend improvements.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Assist with IT solution pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and client presentations.
Assist with website updates and maintenance
Provide Updates to LinkedIn Business Profile

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
Knowledge of website development
Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS, as well as common software applications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively, both in writing and orally to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) would be beneficial
