Responsibilities:

Handle and coordinate active calendars.
Schedule and confirm meetings.
Ensure file organisation based on office protocol.
Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in administrative jobs.
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Salary:

Average gross monthly salary: S$1,800 – S$2,500
