Expected Work Hours:

This position can be either part-time or full-time.
The restaurant's working schedule is Monday to Sunday.
Full-time employees are anyone who works more than 30 hours per week on average for one year; however, Team Leaders are expected, though not guaranteed, to work between 40 and 45 hours per week on average.

Responsibilities

Maintain top-notch fast-food quality standards.
Master the art of fast-food restaurant operation with finesse.
Infuse an atmosphere of friendliness and exceptional fast-food customer service.
Own the excitement of opening and closing the fast-food restaurant, including fast-food cash handling.
Collaborate on key fast-food personnel decisions with the management team.

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years in the restaurant industry or one year of management in the restaurant/similar industry.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
