This is a National Role and you can be based remotely, at Apogee or Customer Sites. Are you an experienced professional with a passion for automation, application support, and networking? Apogee, Europe's leading multi-brand provider of managed print services, is seeking a skilled Application Configuration and Development Consultant to join our dynamic Professional Services team.

Responsibilities include:

Lead the configuration, development, and implementation of automated workflows that enhance business processes for a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, enterprises, and public sector organizations.
Provide expert technical support for enterprise-level applications, ensuring seamless operation and swift resolution of any issues.
Work directly with clients, both remotely and on-site, to integrate our software solutions into their IT environments, leveraging your strong networking fundamentals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Pre-Sales and Project Management, to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines.
Maintain detailed documentation of all configurations, code, and processes to ensure smooth handovers and ongoing support.
