*Trainee Bus Driver *

*Pay/hourly rate: £11.91 in-training, £13.11 after training, rising to £16 after 12 months of service*

*Location: Sharston, Manchester*

*Hours: Full time and part time permanent roles available, no experience required *

Never driven a bus before? Don’t worry we will provide you with all the training and support needed to get you behind the wheel as a Bus Driver, giving you opportunity to earn while you learn. *Responsibilities*
* As a Bus Driver you will be ensuring your mighty bus is kept in a clean and roadworthy condition
* Driving in a safe manner in accordance with current road and traffic legislation whilst executing challenging manoeuvres
* Delivering an exceptional level of customer service with a can-do attitude and positive approach
* Always maintaining highest levels of professionalism whilst ensuring smooth and safe transportation for our diverse range of passengers
* Collaborating with the wider dream team and support functions to exceed performance targets

*About you*
* For this position, we require all candidates to have held a full valid UK driving licence for a *minimum of 6 months* and no more than 6 points.
* A positive and professional approach with excellent communication skills to engage and assist our passengers from all walks of life.
* We need you to be prepared to work varying shifts including early starts, late finishes and occasional weekends.
