We are recruiting for an Eastern European HNW family who is seeking an experienced nanny for their two children, a boy (6) and a girl (8 ½) for sole care. Driving essential and fluency in Russian.

The family live in a large 6 storey fully staffed property near Regent's Park. The property is modern inside and the children occupy one floor of the house (en-suite bedroom for the nanny if needed). The parents are often out during the day and the nanny is in sole charge with some proxy parenting needed over the weekends. There is no requirement for cooking or laundry as a chef and housekeepers are employed.

The duties of the live-out Nanny:

School runs in family's car
Taking children to classes
Researching and managing additional activities
Engaging children in sports, reading and learning
Creating games and arranging engaging visits to places of interest
Speaking in English and Russian to the children
Offering arts and crafts
Liaising with the chef on meals and snacks needed
Encouraging good manners and routines
Reporting progress to parents and keeping a journal
Update toys and books and keep the children’s rooms tidy

Requirements:

8 years experience as a nanny with similar ages
CACHE level or equivalent childcare education
Clean drivers license and experienced in driving in London
Fluency in English and Russian
Experienced in proxy parenting
Legal to live and work in the UK
Well organized, sporty and well presented
Valid First Aid Certificate
Written references from past families
Recent security check

The family seek a career nanny who is a professional with a creative mind, able to keep the children engaged, interested and occupied. A keen interest in healthy living is preferred.

Hours: Mon - Fri - 8am - 7pm with an hour for lunch

Salary: £50000 - £55000 gross a year depending on experience, extra payments for proxy parenting if needed
