Job Description
To develop innovative, reusable, competitive solutions and contribute actively to a collaborative developer community.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with key business stakeholders to make recommendations on the use of new and emerging technologies, providing competitive advantage and a clear technical roadmap.
- Maintaining stability of all technical platforms.
- Increasing operational efficiency and suggesting solutions to enhance cost effectiveness.
- Delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions by resolving queries quickly and effectively.
- Cultivating and managing objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff members by providing input to business requirements and being able to present and sell concepts to clients.
- Producing program specifications and implementing system enhancements by addressing specific business needs and resolving queries.
- Coding, compiling, testing, and implementing applications in compliance with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Supporting development environments.
- Engaging in the development of coding standards and peer reviews.
- Complying with, understanding, and implementing all steps within IT development.
