Improve and optimize the management system of each department. Ensure the normal and efficient operation of the Board of Directors' Office. Organize work dynamics of each department, assist the president in coordinating business work, and provide a basis for decision-making. Make various work and schedule arrangements. Coordinate and organize meetings, compile minutes, and assist in implementation. Responsible for document processing and drafting documents. Participate in the preparation of strategic plans and operating plans.
- Relevant Skills and Knowledge: Secretarial, legal, financial, management knowledge
- Work Experience: More than 10-15 years of work experience, both government and corporate experience
- Language Skills: English, Chinese, and French translation skills
- Personal Qualities: Good temperament, strong sense of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and ability to respond quickly and solve problems
- Key Abilities: Keen observation skills, ability to collect and summarize information, solid writing skills, and ability to withstand pressure
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) Certificate, Diploma, and/or Degree in Paralegal study, Office Management, Business Administration, Financial studies
