Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
