Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are a well-established international Defense Industry company, looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to help expand our global footprint and increase market share. In this role, you will drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales, developing innovative products and solutions, and building strong client relationships. You will lead in developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to capture new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Aeronautical, Industrial) or BCom Degrees
- BEng or BSc degree only
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s products/services by addressing or predicting clients’ needs
- Create sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal rules and guidelines
- Develop goals for business growth and ensure they are met
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and travel itineraries
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients
- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Research and identify new markets and customer needs
- Build networks and arrange meetings with potential clients (domestic and international)
- Improve sales strategies and plan new marketing initiatives
- Attend relevant conferences, meetings, and industry-related events
Additional Information:
- Industry experience in defense, aerospace, or security (highly advantageous)
- Willingness to travel internationally (must have a valid passport)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate availability (advantageous)
- Must be well-presented at all times
- Adequate IT efficiency
- Own reliable transport
