Leading Financial Services Client requires a On-Site Debt Collections Agent to join their fast paced environment to do field collections of unpaid debt with vendors.
Responsibilities
- Doing Site visits to vendors to initiate required payment.
- Do online research on vendors and maintain contact information.
- Schedule site visits.
- Make and receive collections calls where required.
- Assist with general service requests and queries.
- Receive, review and communicate settlement requests to relevant teams
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- 3 Years experience doing collections
- Must have understanding of Financial Products
- Advanced MS Office Skills with experience using Salesforce
- Must have excellent communication skills to deal with clients face-to-face and telephonically
- Must have valid drivers license and own reliable transport
