Our client is seeking a Campus Head for their West Rand campus.

About the role:

The overall purpose of the Campus Head is to lead the key stakeholders and operations at a campus level, by managing the quality of academic delivery, human resources, the total sales process, finance, facilities, and student satisfaction and to market and promote the business.

Responsibilities:

The role will focus on sales (new business B2B & Government business)
Management of a sales team
Attending career expos
Lecturer management
Operations management
Facilities management
Ensuring OHS

Requirements:

3-year qualification in Business or Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing.
Tertiary education.
Post-graduate in Hospitality Management advantageous.
Proven previous sales management skills.
Previous management experience.
Is considered a 'driver'.
Has experience in the hospitality industry.
At least 3 - 5 years experience in branch management activities of a small to middle size company.

Salary:

R R480 000
Plus commission
