Third Line Support Engineer - Watford - £40,000 - £45,000
VIQU are working with an IT solutions provider who specialise in IT infrastructure, managed services, consultancy, software solutions and cybersecurity. They cater to a wide variety of industries, offering services to meet client requirements and enhance efficiency, reduce costs and leverage technology.
They are seeking a Third Line IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and to help roll out a range of projects on client sites. As the Third Line IT Support Engineer, you will be the dedicated escalation point for complex IT issues, whilst helping with projects like migrations, installations and decommissioning of hardware.
Essential Requirements of the IT Support Engineer:
- 5+ years in an IT support role, acting as an escalation point for at least 2 years.
- Previous experience of end to end running of infrastructure focused projects (e.g., setting up MFA, cloud migrations, system installations, network upgrades).
- Extensive experience installing and configuring servers and network devices.
- At least one industry certification (AZ-900, AZ-104, MS-900, etc.).
- Happy to undergo a DBS check.
