Job Summary:
We seek an experienced CNC Sheet Metal Bender Operator to join our metal fabrication team near King Shaka International Airport. The successful candidate will operate CNC sheet metal bending machines, ensure precision bending, and maintain high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC sheet metal bending machines
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Set up and program machines for precise bending
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance
- Inspect bent parts for quality and accuracy
- Maintain machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with production staff to optimize workflow
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience operating CNC sheet metal bending machines
- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and techniques
- Proficiency in CNC programming
- Understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Physical fitness for manual labor
- Ability to work shifts, overtime, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in CNC operation or metal fabrication
- Experience with CNC machines
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
