• Proper screening of calls, transmit relevant calls directly to the CEO or take accurate messages
• Prepare professionally typed documents
• Liaising with stakeholders, staff, clients etc.
• Arrange internal and external meetings properly
• Assist in the preparation of professional discussion documents, presentations and documentations for meetings
• Ensure that all e-mail messages do reach the CEO
• Assist with mailing, copying, filing and distributing of documents in a prompt, clear and confidential manner.
• Draft and following up of outstanding tasks, such as letters/ memos, typing of documents, compiling presentations, arranging of meetings etc.
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Answering phone calls and emails, taking messages
• Taking accurate minutes at meetings
• Assisting with daily time management
• Running errands
• Planning, organizing and managing events and speaking engagement
• Assist with management tasks
• Other tasks assigned by management from time to time
