Our client in the fruit export industry is looking for an accounts receivable accountant to join their young, energetic dynamic team in the fruit export industry in Winelands
Only candidates with at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in the fruit industry will be considered for this position
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Clear and capture customer receipts
• Weekly outstanding debtors’ reports
• Weekly account updates to customers
• Create ad hoc invoices, debit notes and credit notes
• Forex bank reconciliations
• Customer reports and reconciliations
• Weekly Cashflow for debtors
• Manage customer accounts
• Manage customer payments
Minimum Requirements:
• Matric with relevant tertiary degree
• Microsoft office (Basic accounting package & Strong Excel skills)
• Strong admin skills
• Work independently and handle pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in the Fruit Export Industry
Salary: Market Related
