Browns The Diamond Store is offering a unique and exciting opportunity for an aspiring Brand Ambassador and Sales Specialist to join one of our beautiful stores in the following areas:
- Canal Walk
- Somerset West
- George
- Tygervalley
- V&A Waterfront

Duties & Responsibilities
- Offering an exceptional experience to every client in accordance with Browns standards.
- Build on your clientelling expertise - you would have a strong ability to develop long-term relationships with customers and build and manage a client book.
- Hitting targets with a hunger to earn great commission.
- Provide excellent customer service and display excellent communication skills.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience, preferably retail sales experience.
- Experience in the luxury retail industry would be beneficial.
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology and/or Marketing (or any other relevant qualification) would be advantageous.
