Logistics Consultant
Our client is looking for a Logistics Consultant with client interaction and a strong analytical background to join their Gauteng Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
The position involves overseeing franchise and driver performance, ensuring operational compliance, and reporting. Responsibilities include:
- Understanding operational levers
- Training and enforcing SOPs
- Contributing to SOP improvement
- Maintaining service levels
- Monitoring branch adherence to agreements and KPIs
- Managing weekly KPIs
- Conducting audits
- Traveling as needed
- Addressing key branch tracking metrics related to driver growth, performance, complaints, and customer satisfaction
- Compiling weekly reports for feedback and action
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Completed Diploma or Degree in Logistics
- 5 years experience in a client-facing role in an operational environment or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Training experience in an operational setting will be advantageous
- IT or tech savvy will be advantageous (Strong Excel skills)
- Valid driver's license
Working Hours
Tuesday – Thursday: 9:00 – 18:00
Friday – Saturday: 11:00 – 20:00
Sunday/Monday: OFF
Package & Remuneration
Up to R 345K CTC + car / petrol / cellphone / laptop
