Key Responsibilities: Act as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring all their needs are met from arrival to departure. Assist with front-of-house operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and handling inquiries. Support the management team with daily operational tasks, including coordinating activities and events. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Handle guest feedback, requests, and any issues promptly and professionally. Assist with administrative duties, such as managing bookings, preparing reports, and maintaining communication with guests. Uphold the lodges standards of service and help maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably at a luxury lodge or hotel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric approach. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A team player with a flexible attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed. Proficiency in using reservation and hospitality management software.
