Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
- Operate the weighbridge.
- Weighing of all incoming and outgoing loads.
- Ensure that all Spirits samples have the necessary paperwork and that each sample is supplied with the correct label.
- Ensure that all the relevant SAP transactions in terms of dispatching Spirits are done on time.
- Ensure that all trucks are supplied with relevant paperwork.
- Complete truck seal register on Teams and assist with monthly stock take.
- Assist Cellar team with daily operational duties.
- Completion of “Bulk Transport Evaluation Forms”.
- Coordinate intake of programs and ensure that it is completed according to schedule.
- Keep records of all documentation handled.
- Pull monthly report for departments.
- Proper housekeeping regarding scale housing.
- Assistance in Lab (lab samples).
- Tasting Panel member.
- Participate in TPM activities.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Proven admin experience.
- Experience in customs and excise documentation will be an advantage.
- Computer literacy in Massamatic Program, SAP, MS Office Suite.
- Valid code EB driver's license and own reliable transport.
- Willingness to work irregular hours and overtime when required.
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctuality and attendance reliability.
