Minimum Requirements:
- Matric or Equivalent
- Computer Literacy : MS Suite (Intermediate)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Retail Warehousing
- At least 2 years’ experience in Supervisor role in Retail Warehousing with hands-on-experience in Managing a team of subordinates
- Proficient in all key ops processes, including inbound, put-away, bin maintenance, cycle counting, picking, packing, dispatching and returns
- Managing investigations tracker of Customer complaints received
- Accurately report on daily Operations stats
- Ability to work extended hours when required

Main Purpose of the Role:
Successfully manage the department and subordinates in accordance with the client SLA, including but not limited to order fulfillment, staff management and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effective knowledge and hands on experience related to Inbound, Stock Management, Outbound, Order Fulfilment, Return processes and facility housekeeping
- Effective Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving and implementation of Corrective and Preventative Measures (CAPA)
- Effectively plan resources to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed on time and accurately
- Communicate frequently (written and verbal) to manage and meet both internal and external customer expectations
- Manage a safe working environment, processes and equipment that are fully compliant with Site Rules, OHS Act, DSV Policies, Regulations and Work Instructions
- Ensure time and attendance is accurately managed and staff discipline managed according to company policies
- Understand the agreed SLA and action accordingly
