Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Your main responsibilities are as follow:
- Maintain manufacturing process documents for newly implemented machines.
- Participate in BOM, asset, and tooling audits to uphold the accuracy of production data, aid in cost management, and ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
- Maintain BOM & Master data in line with cycle time in line with takt time and standard operations to establish manufacturing routines by releasing manufacturing process documents and process flowcharts.
- Ensure continuous improvement by capitalizing on lessons learnt and provide best practices using tools like process productivity analysis, improvements action plans, production equipment performance, troubleshooting and problem-solving process.
- Maintain site layouts and updated with all new changes to ensure sound work practices.
- Analysing and improving key business processes, work measurement, operational design and layout.
- Participate in process FMEA reviews.
- Participate in new product launches, equipment installation, and process validation.
- Ensure FES & HSE standards & processes are always met/ followed.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- 3-year National Diploma in ME Engineering.
- Computer literacy at Intermediate level essential.
- Have a sound understanding of Work study principles and Work measurement tools.
- A detail-oriented person with analytical abilities and a structured and methodological way.
- Dynamic and proactive behaviour.
- Excellent people and teamwork skills.
- 70% overall achievement on full academic results.
