Purpose of the Job
- Supporting the Buying community to maintain the GP by updating the cost of the recipes ingredients.
- Supporting in Calculation of new cost price for price increase also for new recipes.
- Supporting the divisional specialist on investigation when it comes to Shrinkage, wastage, decline in GP, MPV and packaging.
- Support in submitting standard cost review every month to head office team.
- Supporting the buying and specialist team with inquiries related to Recipes.
- Assisting of updating the recipes if there are any changes required to be done.
- Maintain the cost of the recipes.
- Assisting in new Store opening.
- Providing analysis reports to the specialist and the buying team.
- Weekly & Monthly report to the buying & specialist team.

Qualifications
- Matric with Maths - essential
- Marketing diploma or degree - essential
- Driver's licence - essential
Experience
- High level of computer literacy with Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Data analysis exposure - preferable.
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent communicator with written reports.
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent at calculations.
- Attention to detail.
