Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Pietermaritzburg
Role Overview: You’ll work closely with their partners to enhance client service and manage client communications. Your main tasks will include creating content, maintaining their client database, and setting goals for client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Write and manage content for newsletters to keep clients updated.
- Event Coordination: Experience in planning and executing events, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
- Promotional Gift Selection: Ability to select and source appropriate promotional gifts that align with brand values and client needs.
- Client Visits: Willingness to visit clients periodically to foster relationships and discuss event or promotional needs.
- Marketing Skills: Proficiency in marketing strategies and techniques to effectively promote events and initiatives.
- Public Relations Expertise: Strong understanding of PR practices to manage communications and enhance the company’s image.
- Database Management: Ensure their client database is current and accurate.
- Client Contact Goals: Help set and track goals for maintaining client contact.
- CRM Management: Use CRM systems to manage and improve client interactions.
- Web Liaison: Occasionally work with their website agency to keep their online presence aligned with their marketing goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing with a focus on client service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to create engaging content and handle multiple tasks.
