Job Title: Head of Sales
At Salesworx, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts in the SADC and SSA regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability for our Kidney Care product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the SADC and SSA regions.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key opinion leaders, and healthcare providers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Manage and optimize distributor relationships to ensure high-performance outcomes and alignment with company objectives.
Requirements:
- 15-20 years of experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of managing distributor relationships and leading large-scale regional projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire high-performance.
- Deep understanding of market trends, pricing structures, and healthcare dynamics in the SADC & SSA regions.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with additional languages spoken in the region a plus.
