Additional Info:
Let's Takayama is a privately-owned school with only three staff - two teachers (that's you!) and one school manager. Away from the big cities, you'll be immersed in Japanese language, history and culture. It really is a fantastic opportunity to experience the "real" Japan :)
Takayama in English literally means "High Mountain", and as such, you'll experience winters with snow and temperatures down to -5C, and summers that while still reaching highs of 35C, are notably less humid than the majority of Japan. And being surrounded by mountains, you'll find hot springs, ski resorts and hiking trails. It's perfect for anybody who likes the outdoors.
Finally, you can expect a warm welcome and plenty of support from myself, to ensure you have an enjoyable and memorable stay in Takayama.
Thank you for your interest!
