AC Direct is looking for a hard working and dedicated individual who is willing to learn and grow in an exciting and ever-growing e-commerce store. AC Direct is the largest supplier of Air Conditioning products in South Africa and also offers a wide range of other products.
The position currently available is the role of an Electrician.
Duties include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control & wiring.
- Performing general electrical maintenance.
- Reading technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
- Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
- Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
- Performing circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
- Following national regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years experience working as an electrician.
- Experience in the renewable energy field.
Skills & Attributes:
- Must be good communicators in English.
- Must have a valid South African driver’s license.
- Must be able to travel and work in the Montague Gardens, Western Cape area.
