Responsibilities:
- Guide and participate in technical analysis and the design of new features.
- Write elegant, robust production code for both client and server-side components of single-page web applications.
- Develop and implement unit, integration, and acceptance tests for application components.
- Mentor and upskill peers through proactive people development initiatives.
- Improve and optimize the performance of existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug root-cause errors and production outages.
- Promote a culture of timely, high-quality delivery within a people-centric and quality-first environment.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a full development lifecycle environment, including strong engineering practices, adherence to coding standards, participation in code reviews, and source control management.
- Minimum 5 years of practical software development experience.
- Proficiency in our frontend tech stack or similar technologies:
- Client-side: React, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3
- Server-side: Node, Express & TypeScript
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science (preferred), Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
