Duties & Responsibilities
Purpose Statement:
As a Systems Analyst: Board Application, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, developing, testing, and implementing Board application solutions. This includes changes to the Board application to support our client's initiatives and change requests. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining automation and integration solutions to Board, aligning with specific business requirements and IT drivers.
- Providing technical system support and collaborating with system vendors to ensure timely resolution of escalated technical issues.
Experience
Minimum Experience:
- Understanding of ETL, Business Warehousing, and Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
- Experience in Business Intelligence reporting models and Data Integration projects as a Developer.
Ideal Experience: - Experience in BOARD solution development.
- Database or Data warehouse Design experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Integration Services or similar technologies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
Ideal or Preferred: - Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Information Technology - Computer Science.
Knowledge
Minimum Knowledge:
- Knowledge and understanding of Board EPM software, SQL, Data integration, database design, and BI Modelling.
Ideal: - Familiarity with SAP S4HANA and SuccessFactors, Jira Core, Confluence.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Data Warehousing/EPM Methodologies, ITIL Principles, and their application.
- Understanding of SAP S4Hana, Board, Banking systems, and best practices for Quality Assurance (QA).

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
