- Own transport
- 3-5 years of experience as an Electrician
- Computer Literate
- Must be able to shop around for parts and prices and quotes.
- Hands on administration
- Must control maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Estate maintenance team - about 8 workers.
- Security maintenance team (3 technicians) who manage fence, gates, tree gates and 300 cameras.
Compensation- depending on experience.
No overtime.
