Main Purpose of Job
The Group Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing parts departments across multiple dealerships within the group, ensuring efficient operations, optimal inventory management, and high customer satisfaction. This role includes maintaining standards, optimizing performance, and driving profitability across parts departments in line with the company’s policies and OME standards.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required
- Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum of 3 years’ managerial experience
- Minimum of 5 years' parts experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Clear criminal record
- Computer Literate
The position is based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, however, the successful candidate will be required to travel 2 weeks per month.
