Requirements:
- Completed National Senior Certificate (matric / Grade 12)
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a restaurant manager
- Wine knowledge
- Essential client service experience
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Availability to work during hospitality hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays)
- Own transport
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong staff management skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of dedicated staff
- Ensure an exceptional culinary experience for all guests
