Building Structures Foreman
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all structural aspects of building projects from start to finish.
- Supervise a team of workers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers.
- Monitor safety and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure progress and address any potential issues.
- Manage materials and equipment on-site effectively.
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Foreman in structural construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans.
- Knowledge of local building regulations and health & safety standards.
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
- Valid drivers license.
