Popular upmarket restaurant is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee the front and back of house operations in conjunction with the Owner.
Management of staff.
Rosters.
Cash ups.
Opening and closing of restaurant.
Stock controls.
Orders.
Qualifications
Relevant Hospitality qualification
Skills
At least 5 years experience in similar role within an upmarket and busy restaurant. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage a large staff compliment. Must have a good track record and contactable references.
