Responsibilities - Lead and manage full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and provide expert guidance on Business Central functionality.
- Customize and configure Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Service Management, CRM, Fixed Assets) to meet client-specific needs.
- Develop and deliver user training and documentation, ensuring smooth user adoption
- Create, manage, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that integrate with Business Central to provide actionable insights and data visualization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Business Central, working with technical resources as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and support staff, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest Business Central features, updates, and best practices.
Experience - Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant, with expertise in all Business Central modules.
- Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end Business Central ERP implementations.
- Proficiency in Power BI, with the ability to create and interpret reports and dashboards related to Business Central.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate) are a plus
- Ability to adapt to the ever-changing working environment.
- Detail orientated and recognizing the necessity of adhering to deadlines.
Qualifications - Tertiary qualification will get preference.
- 3+ years of D365 F&O development experience required.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics D365 F&O
