Duties:
- Export Coordination: Maintain regular communication with freight forwarders to ensure efficient processes.
- Invoice Verification: Review invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and timely submission to accounts.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring adherence to export regulations and procedures within the department.
- Vendor Management: Monitor third-party service level agreements and investigate non-compliance issues.
Client Management: - Order Management: Maintain accurate inventory and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Export Documentation: Prepare and verify export documentation to comply with customs regulations.
- Stock Management: Monitor stock levels against production plans to ensure timely order dispatch.
- Customer Communication: Provide regular updates on loading and shipment details to customers.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate records and address customer complaints promptly.
