We have an exciting new position for a Cellar Assistant to join our cellar team.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a cellar environment
- A valid forklift license will be advantageous
- SKOP 1, 2, and 3 qualifications will be advantageous
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the winemaking process
Responsibilities:
- Perform wine cellar activities
- General cellar work
- Maintain health & safety and housekeeping according to audit compliance
- Assist with bottling and labelling
- Operate forklift in the store area
