Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree required in BSC or BTech Quantity Surveying. HVAC or plumbing knowledge is advantageous and to be given preference.
• Graduate to 3 years’ experience.
• Professional Registration: Not required.
• A driver’s license and vehicle: Required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Especially Microsoft Excel.
• Detailed orientated and professional with strong reading and writing skills.
• Reading and understanding technical drawings.
Job Description:
• Assisting with the tendering process on HVAC projects.
• Assisting with the management of claiming cycles monthly.
• Assisting with the procurement process and ensuring allowed rates are being met.
• Measuring and setting up costing documents.
• Reviewing contractual documents and project specifications.
