Educational requirements: - ND in Electrical Engineering
- Trade Test Certificate (3 phase)
- Wiremans License (Installation Electrician)
- Apprenticeship
Knowledge: - Microsoft Office.
- Electrical Construction.
- Working Knowledge of Project Documentation.
- Knowledge of the Operations.
- Knowledge Relating to Technical Testing.
- Initiate Disciplinary Hearings.
- Working knowledge of JBCC, FIDIC, NEC, GCC contracts etc.
- Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, Code of Good Practice, EEA and OHSA.
- Be able to initiate in Disciplinaries
Skills: - Computer literate and proficient (Excel, Outlook, Word, MS Project, CCS and Buildsmart)
- Excellent people management skills, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to getting the job done.
- Interpersonal and Intrapersonal, must be able to communicate at all levels.
- Conflict Management Skills
- Attention to detail.
- Strong Administration Skills
Purpose of the role: The responsibilities of a site manager is to manage the project at specific sites. Co-ordination and supervision of the teams,
ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation, managing the project timelines and budgets, communicating with clients,
contractors, and other stakeholders. The site manager is responsible for ensuring that the project is successfully delivered in all aspects of the project.
