Job Purpose :
Secure revenue generating clients, Exceed annual new business revenue target.
Job Function :
To secure revenue generating new clients
- Identify new clients.
- Conduct weekly sales calls considering the companys minimum weekly call criteria.
- Develop and implement an appropriate sales plan.
- Present proposals to new prospects.
- Ensure that new client has clear understanding of the services and rates offered in the proposal.
- Check that the credit application has been completed in full before processing.
- Request financials in support of credit term required.
- Check client database for accuracy before implementation.
- Complete weekly call reports.
- If required draw up an SLA and SOP.
- Assist finance with collection of outstanding payments on clients secured.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients on all levels.
- Respond to and resolve client queries.
- Assist with client shipping estimates.
- Meet with operations to implement special service requirements for new clients.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements :
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF qualification.
- MS Excel.
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
- Strong planning and organising abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure
