Our client is a leading provider of diagnostic imaging equipment, specializing in the sales, installation, maintenance, and service of x-ray equipment.
The Service Manager will oversee the service and maintenance operations of diagnostic imaging equipment across various sites. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of technicians to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. The Service Manager will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, securing and managing service contracts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing service teams, preferably in the medical imaging industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of diagnostic imaging equipment, including x-ray, CT, and MRI systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with service management software.
