In this role, you will shape the strategic direction for SMEs across our enterprise and financial services business units, driving initiatives to increase our market share in mobile, beyond mobile and financial services. You will lead the impact assessment of market trends, analyze competitive activity, and translate data insights into actionable customer-level plans.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric.
- 3-Year Business Degree or related industry qualification.
- Business post-graduate degree or diploma is an advantage.
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B Product Management, Client Value Management, or Segment Marketing.
- Experience in ICT or financial services is essential.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Market share growth in the SME segment (micro, small, medium).
- Revenue performance across all sub-segments against budget.
- Customer NPS by sub-segment.
Market Research:
- Understand SME customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Conduct deep research on customer motivations and market trends.
- Gather data on competitor propositions and industry dynamics.
Value Proposition Design:
- Design customer-centric propositions based on insights.
- Define benefits and create unique differentiation.
Market Testing:
- Test propositions with customers, fine-tune based on feedback.
- Support market development and assist sales in initial rollouts.
GTM Design:
- Collaborate with sales to define channels to market.
- Partner with marketing to design campaigns that drive demand.
- Drive revenue and market share growth in the SME segment.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to unlock growth opportunities.
- Influence and challenge decisions across business units and support areas.
