Project Engineer
A well-established manufacturing company in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa is looking for a Project Engineer.
Basic Function:
Deliver new projects from quotation stage to production stage.
- Project management
- Process design and implementation
- Budget and Capex planning
- Jig, fixture and machine conceptualisation and design
- Innovation of current manufacturing methods
- Problem-solving and investigation
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years automotive engineering experience
- National Diploma / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical experience
Beneficial Experience and Qualifications:
- Core Tools 1, 2 and 3
- Design and drawing experience
- VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Qualification / IATF / MLA
- Problem-solving course/skills
- Project management certification
