Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Associate , you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering stellar support across various channels. Your role demands superb communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Swiftly respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease.
- A suitable environment for taking phone calls and a personally-owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload & download speed. A backup internet connection (10 Mbps) is also required upon hiring.
